Really enjoyed this place, it was lovely welcoming and quirky. My standard double room had a storage space, coffee, and a bedside lamp. The location was nice, short walk to the centre of Belfast and Belfast zoo and castle, and the view was wonderful. I was surprised at nearby Cafe Modern Two, they had some goodies, drinks.
